Aperture 3 Presets // Take 2

Since my last Aperture 3 presets were available I received some very positive responses about them. I knew it was only a matter of time before I was going to have some more to share with everyone and that time has come. As before my presets are being made available for free download. If you happen to be visiting my site for the first time don't forget to check out a previous blog post featuring my first set of Aperture 3 presets.

Valley Light - Aperture Presets

Download Valley Light Presets

These presets will bring a vintage and worn look to any photo especially if there is a some significant blues in the image.

Blown Glass - Aperture Preset

Download Blown Glass Presets

This set of presets is a heavy monochrome set. The color chosen for the preset was picked to give an image a "parchment" style look but can easily be changed to any other color.

Apple Aperture Tip // Moving to the Right

Wanted to share a quick tip for speeding up your workflow in Apple's Aperture application. Aperture is a image managment and editing app on the Mac and is what I use on a daily basis to get about 95% of my images edited. I found over time that I liked to import things into Aperture from the dektop rather then using the import option. Mainly these would be photos that were giving to me from friends and family, screenshots, or off of CDs and thumbdrives. In any case I found that I preferd the inspector palette in Aperture to be on the right side. The video below will show how I changed that option and a little more information on why.

If you enjoyed this video and would like to see more or leave me a comment below. Thanks for the intrest.

Enjoy!
